Oxford International Film Festival is excited to announce the 4 un-commissioned Screenplays competing in OXIFF17.

Based on the incredible life of Lieutenant Commander Jack Hedrick Taylor, United States Navy Reserve. The story of his missions with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in World War II, his capture behind enemy lines, subsequent incarceration at Mauthausen concentration camp despite his prisoner of war status, and his testimony at the Nuremberg and Dachau war crimes trials.
